UX/UI Designer
- Lead UX designer for vehicle energy and vehicle dynamics features
· Executed end to end UX design process from User Flow to Wireframes and Prototypes, UI design, implementation and User testing

- Redesigned OEI’s website, improved UI and the information hierarchy
- Conducted and analyzed an agency-wide efficacy survey
- Deputy project manager for Bird e-scooter partnership project on improving transit hub accessibility
- Co-developed organization wide employee incentive initiative to improve work productivity and efficacy
- Reviewed and analyzed LA county's local return policies and trends in tax dollar allocations, made recommendations on how to align project spending to agency mobility goals
