Discovering pain points and room for improvement via end user interviews

I chose UCLA as the focus site to conduct field research based on average user age group, activity patterns and need for short distance trips via micromobility vehicles.
23 intercept interviews were conducted on site to determine end user usage and needs, and analyzed to extract insights indentifying opportunity areas to improve upon.
